While we can all expect a few gray hairs and a wrinkle or two over time, there are a number of things that can be done to stay healthy while aging.  Here are just a few of the areas where woman&#8217;s health and aging coincide and what you can do about the changes that may occur.  <br/><br/>Heart Health <br/><br/>As you age, your heart becomes less efficient and is not able to pump blood the way it used to.  Blood vessels and other cells also lose their elasticity which also keeps the heart from pumping efficiently.  Over time this can lead to high blood pressure and other heart health problems.  To keep a healthy heart as you age, exercise every day.  Eat a diet full of whole foods including plenty of fruits, vegetables, nuts and fish.  Smoking plays an important role in heart health.  If you smoke, ask your doctor for advice on how to quit.  <br/><br/>Memory <br/><br/>Woman&#8217;s health and aging definitely plays a role in memory.  The older we get, the number of brain cells we have decreases.  It can become difficult to store new information, like names of people just met.  It can also become increasingly difficult to recall information like where the car keys are.  You may also find yourself struggling for the right word or phrase in conversation.  If you&#8217;re concerned about memory loss, definitely talk to your physician.  There are also some things you can do to keep a healthy memory as you age.  Exercising every day and eating a whole foods based diet can help.  Also, stay mentally active.  Try activities that use both halves of the brain at the same time like playing a musical instrument, knitting or doing crossword puzzles.  <br/><br/>Bones and Joints <br/><br/>Many women are concerned about joint and bone health, and with good reason.  Of all the woman&#8217;s health and aging issues, osteoporosis is one of the biggest.  Aging causes bones to shrink and lose their density which makes them more brittle.  Muscles lose elasticity and flexibility.  The changes in bone and muscle structure can cause difficulty with coordination and daily movement.  To avoid bone and joint issues as you age, diet and exercise is critical.  Add calcium and vitamin D to your supplement routine to promote good bone health.  Do weight-bearing exercises like walking to build bone density.  Working out with weights also promotes good bone health while also building muscle.  <br/><br/>These are just a few of the woman&#8217;s health and aging issues that may be of concern.  There are many others like easy bruising, digestive, urinary and skin changes.  The important thing to keep in mind is that there is plenty you can do to slow down the aging process.  <br/><br/></p>

Sexual health requires a positive, respectful approach to sexuality and sexual relationships, as well as the possibility of having pleasurable and safe sexual experiences, free of coercion, discrimination and violence.  <br/><br/>For sexual health to be attained and maintained, the sexual rights of all persons must be respected, protected and fulfilled. &#8221; This channel will address a wide range of these factors focusing on men&#8217;s sexual health, from physical issues (prostate health, chronic illnesses), to reproductive and sexual functioning issues (infertility, erectile dysfunction), to the effects of outside influences on male sexual health (medications, aging) as well as pleasure.  <br/><br/>Desire: <br/><br/>Sexual desire is much more complex than it may appear on the surface.  When desire is present, and when it is congruent with a personâ€™s behaviors and values, it is usually accepted without too much thought.  When something is amiss, however, things can become complicated.  Low sexual desire can have physical causes (such as chronic illness, hormonal imbalance or medication interaction) or psychological causes (such as stress, guilt, or poor body image). If this has ever happen to you or you certainly don&#8217;t want to make these mistakes.  Below are &#8217;5 Must Know Tips for successful health fair event&#8221;.  <br/><br/>Tip #1 &#8220;Early Start&#8221; Starting early will increase your chances of getting the speakers for your event, as well as getting approvals, legal requirements etc HIPAA, meeting local Health department guidelines, and insurance.  The earlier you start planning a health fair, the more likely your success in gathering all the resources required for harmonize event.  Early start enables you to approve bids for health care provider within your general demography.  The head start also give providers ample time to devise needed supplies for your health fair.  <br/><br/>Tip #2 &#8220;Planning Committee&#8221; Divide volunteers into a variety of committees, each of which will have its own function. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Health &#038; fitness are an important part of our lives today.  We have finally realized that nothing will amount to anything unless we are healthy.  We need to understand that Health &#038; fitness are not just about the body! Health is the complete Physical, Psychological, Social and Spiritual wellbeing! <br/><br/>Determined people are able to find time and ways to indulge in their obsession no matter where they are.  Therefore if you are determined that you will follow a regular health &#038; fitness regime, for the sake of having a healthy and fit body, you will be able to manage it even while at work in your office; while traveling; while meeting deadlines or even when on a vacation (Health &#038; fitness do not need a vacation) <br/><br/>There are various ways how you can achieve your goal of having a regular health and fitness regime even while you are at your work.  Walking up to your car, cabins, vending machines, canteen, nearest ATM, etc.  every little thing you do during the course of the day burns calories! Meditate for a few minutes and do some easy breathing exercises when you take a break from work; rather than going for a smoke! These small things will go a long way in maintaining your health &#038; fitness.  <br/><br/>When traveling you can walk around when you are waiting at the airport or the train station.  Try to take the stairs rather than the escalator or elevator! Do breathing exercises while waiting or you may do some visualization.  <br/><br/>To maintain health &#038; fitness while in office you can burn about 600 calories per day without even realizing, here are some of the ways how you can achieve this –  <br/><br/>For Health &#038; fitness besides exercises you have a way to go, keep a check on what you eat.  Try to grab protein rich food as it gives you a feeling of fullness and you are less likely to binge yourself on that non nutritious and calorie filled canteen food.  Try to drink as much water as you can.  <br/><br/>You can also plan your weak in such a way so that twice a weak you can have lunch of only fruits and salads, which is full in fiber and helps you in a number of ways to control your calories intake but at the same time gives you enough nutrition that your body needs to carry you through the day ahead.  Avoid having carbonated drinks as these are very strong contributors towards unwanted calories since they contain cellulite which is very harmful for Health &#038; fitness.  <br/><br/>Now to the other aspect of Health & fitness; make sure that you meditate at least twice a day for 20 minutes! Once early in the morning to give your day a healthy start! Do positive assertion and visualization for 5 minutes at least 3-4 times a day, and practice Breathing Techniques as given on my website.  For your spiritual health and fitness make sure you do some good deed without any selfish reason! Just like we used to when we were in school! It will go a long way in helping us maintain our positive self esteem!
