If you have not received permission in writing from Constant Contact to bid on keyword strings that include the TM you are in violation of this policy.
3) Direct-linking to a Constant Contact page from ppc ads or using “www.constantcontact.com” as your display url in those ads is also prohibited.
4) Violators of these policies will be subject to a reversal of commissions and potentially expulsion from the program
